​Welcome to Coffee Talk Life Coaching LLC.

By scheduling a session or purchasing services, you (the "Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

These terms are designed to ensure a professional and transparent relationship between the Client and Coffee Talk Life Coaching LLC ("the Company").

​

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & FEES

The Company provides personal life coaching sessions. The current rate for a standard personal life coaching session is $50.00 per one-hour session. Payment is due in full at the time of booking or prior to the start of the session, as specified during the scheduling process.

2. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Except as specifically outlined in Section 3 (Cancellations), all payments made to Coffee Talk Life Coaching LLC are non-refundable. This policy applies to all sessions, whether completed, partially completed, or missed without prior notification.

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

The Company understands that life events occur. Refunds or credits for future sessions will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Sickness: If the Client is unable to attend due to illness and provides notice as soon as reasonably possible.

• Emergency/Important Reasons: Unexpected emergencies or significant life events that prevent attendance, subject to the Company's reasonable discretion.

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling whenever possible.

The Company reserves the right to offer a session credit in lieu of a cash refund for approved cancellations.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Life coaching is an elective process. The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. The Company makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding specific outcomes from the coaching sessions.

5. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

The Company reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if the Client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or in violation of these terms. In such cases, no refund for completed or scheduled sessions will be issued.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the appropriate courts within the State of New Jersey.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE SIGNING OR ENGAGING IN SERVICES.

1. NATURE OF COACHING SERVICES

Coffee Talk Life Coaching LLC (“the Company”) provides life coaching services focused on personal development, professional growth, and goal attainment. Coaching is a collaborative partnership. The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship.

2. PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER (CLINICAL & MEDICAL)

The Client understands that while the coach may possess professional credentials in other fields, the services provided under this LLC are strictly non-clinical. Coaching is not licensed mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or medical therapy. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. If the Client is experiencing a clinical crisis or requires medical intervention,

they must seek the assistance of a licensed medical or mental health professional immediately.

3. PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER (FINANCIAL & LEGAL)

Any discussions regarding business strategies, career moves, or financial goals are for educational and motivational purposes only. The Company does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. The Client should consult with a qualified attorney, accountant, or financial advisor before making significant financial or legal commitments.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their participation in coaching. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of New Jersey, the Client hereby releases, waives, and discharges Coffee Talk Life Coaching LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the Client while

participating in coaching services.

5. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. The total liability of the Company for any claim arising out of the coaching relationship shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to the Company for the services rendered.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Disclaimer and Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of New Jersey.
